To restore your body, we must first explore the cause.
Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to medicine that incorporates traditional practices and scientific evidence to promote regulation within the body. It recognises that our health is compromised of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects, and that these aspects interrelate with each another. During a consultation Raquel will work with you to understand the root cause of your symptoms and to begin bringing the body back into balance through herbal, nutritional and lifestyle medicine.
About Raquel
Raquel has achieved a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) which has given her a complex understanding of the human body, and the way environments and lifestyles can impact health.
She aims to identify the root cause of concerns and to provide education to clients, to equip them with knowledge to improve their own health and wellbeing. Raquel believes that a whole and balanced life leads individuals to feel, live, and look great.
Raquel has a deep passion for helping people with skin concerns, like acne and eczema, because she has seen the impact of these conditions on the physical and mental body in practice, and how improvements can lift mood, regulate emotions, and increase life abundance.
