A naturopathic approach addresses the root cause of symptoms to understand the inner workings of the body and to bring it back into balance. It utilises a combination of lifestyle, nutritional and herbal medicines to encourage health and wellbeing.

Having worked with a variety of people and conditions, I can confidently support you to achieve improved health. Some areas of interest include acne, eczema, psoriasis, PMOS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, anxiety and sleep disorders.

All appointments can be booked for an in-person consultation in Mawson Lakes or Williamstown, or online. Raquel accepts clients from anywhere within Australia.
Wedding skin from the inside
Raquel works with brides to enhance their skin’s health and to make them shine on their wedding day. She works closely with brides to reduce redness, limit acne breakouts, aid lymphatic drainage and control eczema flares. A naturopathic approach provides a new and innovative way to provide confidence in clear skin, plus this is available for interstate brides with online consultations available.
